Tiffin Tuesday - Egg Sandwich, Fruit and Snow Peas

We really have said goodbye to Winter and embraced Spring with open arms. This week's lunch box contains colorful Spring feeling food.

Dark wheat natural whole grain bread - slightly toasted and spread with natural cream cheese. This is then filled with a fried egg that I lightly fried on each side, so that the egg yolk is not running but just moist. Sprinkle with some salt, black pepper and fresh chopped herbs. On the side some gorgeous Organic snow peas, lightly steamed. In the fruit corner we have some organic raspberries, physallis, and a large container of juicy sweet pineapple chunks.

I like your Dail Tiffin, but as I have said my daily tiffin is not interesting enough to post :) and so was never able to contribute.
